A permanent, independently governed trust that provides ongoing support to affected families. Managed by a board of medical experts, advocates, and financial auditors, this fund ensures lasting care, transparency, and oversight.

Glass-Free Guarantee Program

An AI-driven inspection and reporting system featuring real-time safety dashboards and third-party audits. This multi-layer approach (technology, human oversight, and external validation)sets a new standard for food safety.

Radical Transparency Campaign – “Nothing to Hide”

A public commitment to disclose all independent safety audit results, whether positive or negative. Transparency is not optional; it’s our operating principle.

Employee-Led Reform: People First, Products Next

Every employee now has the authority to halt production if safety is in question. Anonymous reporting and strict non-retaliation policies protect workers who speak up, reinforcing a culture of responsibility and empowerment.

Prepádo Pledge Week

An annual, company-wide pause dedicated to ethics, safety, and accountability training. Each year, we will suspend operations for one week to reaffirm our values through education, reflection, and public reporting.

Support for the Food Production Transparency Act

Prepádo is actively supporting stronger national food safety and transparency legislation. We believe accountability should not depend on voluntary measures; it should be law.
