“Our consumer safety and trust are at the heart of everything we do. This tragedy was never thought to be possible at Prepádo, but in light of this issue, we must act fast and act responsibly. This means we are issuing a recall of all spinach products Prepádo offers. We want to ensure the effects of this mistake lasts no longer.
My team and I are doing everything we can to inspect our facilities and production processes to find out where the glass entered our spinach products. This way, we can address the issue and take the precautions necessary to ensure a mistake like this never happens again.
At Prepádo, transparency and honesty are two values that we live by, so it is without question that we are providing you with the most up-to-date information, so this issue will not last.
